Demonstrating our commitments in this area is one of our strategic priorities and we continue to work towards our goal of establishing ourselves as a market leader in Diversity, Equity and Inclusion. We focus on gender diversity, racial & ethnic and cultural diversity, support for LGBTQ+ individuals, people with disabilities and those from lower socio-economic backgrounds. Our global strategy informs our activities across EMEA. In this complex region with multiple languages, cultures, and countries, our commitment to inclusion for everyone proves its value.
